Skinning Your Game Animal
You first need a sharp knife. Hang the deer by
one leg and start by making a cut through the skin on the hind quarters.
Cut down each leg by pulling and cutting at the same
time. Do not cut into the meat.
Repeat the process all the way down to the neck and
either cut the neck off or cut the hide at the neck.
