I took this bull elk in Northern Utah in November 2008. Having this opportunity to take such an amazing animal was an incredible challenge and thrill. I scouted for months and when I finally found this bull, I hiked a very difficult and steep 3 miles each day for 3 days before the hunt to watch him. On opening morning he had moved, but I put a stalk on him (thanks to my King's Desert Shadow camo!!!) and made a much-practiced 320 yard shot to kill him instantly in his bed.
He scores around 370" Boone & Crockett.
