King's Outdoor World
Trophy Room Photo Contest Rules

What is this contest?
Our annual Trophy Room Photo Contest brings in the best in bucks and bulls where web site visitors can vote for their favorite mule deer, elk, or whitetail deer photo.

What is at stake?
The overall winner receives a $1,200 pair of Swarovski Binoculars from King's Outdoor World.

How does the contest work?
King's Outdoor World will select the top 10-15 photos that have been submitted from the 2004 hunting season according to species (10-15 of Mule Deer, Bull Elk and Whitetail Deer each).  The first phase of voting allows web site visitors to vote on each of the three polls where the same species are competing against each other.  This first phase of voting ends on January 31, 2005.

Desert Shadow Camouflage 3-Set BundleThe photo with the most votes in each of the three polls will win a 3-piece bundle set of our new Desert Shadow Camouflage.  After the first phase of voting, the top three from each species- Mule Deer, Bull Elk and Whitetail Deer will comprise the Top 9 Finalists.  The Mule Deer, Bull Elk or Whitetail Deer with the most votes in the finals (second phase) will be the overall winner and will receive the Swarovski Binoculars as the Grand Prize and 2004 Trophy Room Photo Winner.

How do I vote?
This first phase of voting, you have the opportunity to vote in each of the Mule Deer, Bull Elk and Whitetail Deer polls.  These are three different polls separate from each other.  This is a contest on what YOU think is the best trophy buck or bull.  Our web site visitors who vote are the ones who will determine who is the winner. If this was a scoring contest then there would be no reason to vote.  We have all kinds of awesome trophy bucks and bulls to fill whatever type you like - wide, tall, non-typical or typical we have it here.

When does the contest begin?
The deadline to submit your photo in to us is January 2, 2005.  The contest will begin shortly after that once we get everything updated on our web site.  King's Outdoor World decides who will make it into the contest for voting.  All photos are eligible, but only the top 15 from each species making into the actual contest.  The first phase of voting starts first week of January and stops at the end of January.   The second phase of voting (finalist) begins first week of February and the contest concludes at the end of February.

Winners are determined by how many votes they get overall.  More details about the voting will be posted when the contest begins.
